Many friends who came to consult the equipment for removing the scale came up and asked: I want to remove the scale after forging. Will your equipment clean the scales? I will not use shot blasting machine after using your forging oxide scale descaling equipment. First of all, the descaling equipment can't replace shot blasting. Secondly, many people have made mistakes, because the scales needs to be removed before forging, not after forging.

Then why remove it before forging? Because the oxide scales adheres to the surface of the forging which are produced after the forgings are heated. If scales are not removed before forging, they will be brought into the forging during the following forging process, which will affect forging qualities. In this way, even if you remove it after forging, you can't get a good result, because the furnace scale has been pressed into the inside of the product thus decreased the accuracy of the products.
