The descaling technology is to use high-pressure water to hit the surface of the forging at a certain angle. Under the action of this high-pressure fan-shaped water jet, the iron oxide scale undergoes the process of being cut, quenched and shrunk, peeled off from the base metal, and washed away from the surface of the billet (or intermediate billet), thereby removing the iron oxide scale.
