Use operation

1. Start and stop
①Press the start / stop button of the water pump, the button light will be on, and the water pump will start normally. Press the start and stop button of the water pump again, the button light goes out and the water pump is turned off.
②Press the chain start / stop button, the button light will be on, and the transmission chain will start normally. Press the chain start / stop button again, the button light goes out and the chain conveyor chain is closed.
③After opening the chain transmission button, rotate the chain speed regulation button to adjust the chain transmission speed in real time.

④If necessary, the parameter setting of the frequency converter can be modified under the guidance of our technicians to adjust the maximum and minimum speed.

2. Pump pressure observation

The pressure of our normal EXW small / large descaling machine is about 1.6-1.9mpa, with slight fluctuation, which belongs to normal pressure.

3. Attention to water pump
①Before startup, the pump must be filled with water and vented by the exhaust hole.
②If the pressure gauge shakes, it indicates that there is air in the pump. Open the air evacuation valve of the water pump in time to exhaust the air.
③In case of abnormal noise in the pump, stop the motor immediately and check whether the blade passage is blocked by foreign matters in the pump core. Insufficient water in the pump will also cause noise, which can be solved by emptying and adding water.

④The mechanical seal of the pump is a vulnerable part, which shall be replaced and maintained in time under long-term operation.

4. Workpiece application range adjustment

If the height of the product is too high, the nozzle inside the equipment shall be adjusted. According to the height of the customer's product, adjust the upper nozzle to be 30mm higher than the product (if the product height is 30mm, adjust the upper nozzle to be 30mm higher than the product and 60mm away from the chain). Adjustment method: loosen the four screws of L part as shown in Figure, and slide the U-groove up and down to adjust the position of the upper nozzle.
