1. The automatic spraying manipulator is a new generation of graphite emulsion release agent automatic spraying equipment independently developed by our company. The non-standard travel can be customized and applied to any press equipment. The movement mode is driven by Japanese Mitsubishi servo motor. It has the characteristics of fast running speed, high running accuracy, arbitrary setting of spraying trajectory, sensitive start and stop response, safety, stability and high efficiency.

2. The transmission rail lubrication method adopts automatic oiling design to avoid dry grinding caused by personnel not performing maintenance on the equipment according to regulations, thereby effectively protecting the equipment from full lubrication.
3. The spraying tooling is tailor-made, the spraying mold cavity is fully covered without dead angles, the spraying effect is good, and the angle-adjustable 304 stainless steel special nozzle covers the full range of specifications and sizes of products, good atomization effect, strong decontamination ability, fast mold cooling, and the consistency of the spraying effect can further improve the mold life.
4. The spraying distance of different products can be precisely adjusted according to the hand-cranked lifting mechanism, which further flexibly utilizes the automatic graphite spraying manipulator and ensures the spraying lubrication effect and mold cooling effect.
