●Project Description: Kunshan Forging Co., Ltd. products are mainly supplied to customers such as Wuling, Ford, Mazda, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, GM, Volvo and Daimler-Chrysler, and most of the forgings produced by the company are connecting rods for automobiles. Therefore, the surface quality of the forgings must be very strict, without defects such as pits .Customers have been looking for ways to remove the oxide scale of forgings before using our equipment.The following figure shows the effect of the scale cleaner used by the customer.

As passenger car engines tend to be lighter in weight, simpler in structure, and more efficient in performance, as the core part of the engine—the connecting rods. The advanced connecting rod production line must be an automation forging production line with high efficiency, fewer personnel, stable production process, and reliable product quality. The oxide scale will be produced during the forging and heating process. If it is not removed in time after induction furnace in this process, it will seriously affect the surface quality of connecting rod quality. So it is very neccessary to use our high-pressure water descaling machine. The high-pressure water descaling technology has gone through two stages of mechanical descaling and blast descaling, which has been developed to today as an efficient descaling method.
