● We suggest to prevent surface defects of forgings caused by oxide scale before forging. Use high-pressure water descaling machine to remove the oxide scale generated when the forging is heated, so as to improve the surface quality of the forging,at the same time, using descaling machine during hot die production could increase the service life of the die and reduce the consumption of raw materials.
